The Mega Moolah (Mega) jackpot reset back to the ($£€) 1 million mark last week so as you can imagine there’s been a lot of buzz as to who the lucky winner was.
This was no small jackpot. Our last reading before reset was over ($£€) 5.8 million.
We now know that the exact win amount was £5,883,044. The cheque isn’t in the mail…it’s already been paid to John Orchard from Lincolnshire in the UK. Although by the looks of things his wife has a pretty good grip on it already!
John was playing The Dark Knight, the Batman themed video slot that is linked to the Mega Moolah jackpot network. He hit the jackpot playing at Butler’s Bingo on December 9.
Congratulations John on hitting the largest Microgaming jackpot to date, and one of the biggest ever online jackpots full stop!
Now the tricky task of how to spend it all…
