While you were munching on chocolate eggs over Easter, a player from Sweden hot the jackpot playing Mega Fortune on their PC at Maria (sister casino to Unibet)The win amount was a cool 2,925,126.86 Euro. Or 26 635 224 kronor.
The winner, identified only as a middle aged player from Jönköping, Sweden has been a regular at Maria since 2012 and a bit of a fan of Mega Fortune.
“I thought this just doesn’t happen to me, so I took a screen shot to be on the safe side. Of course you worry that it is a mistake, because this type of thing only happens to others. I’ve played with Maria.com since 2012 and usually I go back to Mega Fortune when the jackpot is increasing.”
Turns out this is the biggest ever jackpot won at Maria. Although it is a little shy of the largest ever Mega Fortune jackpot of EUR 18 million won at Paf casino in January 2013.
Still, 3 million Euro isn’t bad, especially when it came from a bet of 0.7 Euro cents!
