News just in a couple of hours ago. The new world record jackpot was won at Paf Casino.
As we as we already know from the charts, the win took place on Sunday the 20th January. The exact amount…€17,860,368 (not far off our last recorded reading of € 17,860,917)
The winner….
A middle aged man from Helsinki, Finland!
I swear the Scandinavians seem to have a mortgage on these big jackpots. The 4 biggest winners of all time - Finnish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish in that order.
Paf are no strangers to paying big jackpots. As noted in their news release…
“During the last two years, we have made winner calls to players who have won 5.3 million Euros, 6.9 million Euros and 8.6 million Euros. And now to the latest winner, who got a jackpot surpassing the old Guinness record by over 6 million Euros.”
Congratulations Paf, and bigger congratulations to the Finnish player who owns the new Guinness World Record online jackpot!

From earlier
The Mega Fortune jackpot chart has just reset!
You know what this means…some lucky bugger has just hit the jackpot. Not just any jackpot. The largest ever online slot jackpot.
Our last recorded value before reset was just under €17.9 million. That’s USD$23.8 million, or a tick under £15 million! A fortune in any currency and 6 million euros more than the old Guinness World Record online jackpot amount.
This is very big news in the world of online gambling.
It is particularly big news for the lucky individual who won the jackpot – the identity of whom at this early stage is not known.
I can only say with certainty (and more than a tinge of sadness) that is was not me; and I did give it a red hot go (made it to the inner most wheel on 2 occasions, once stopping the wheel one spot from the jackpot).
As soon as details come to hand of who the winner is, which casino they were playing at when they won, and exactly how much was won, then those details will be added to this post immediately!
In the meantime…our congratulations to whoever and where ever you are!
